I am healing.  Again, I was able to go to sleep and to sleep through the night without meds and without having to wake more than once to pee.  The healing is because I do not eat any sugar, white flour, (bread, pasta,even with Gluten free bread, I try to limit carbs, etc.) and I drink only water.  Today I drank about 85oz of water.  Let’s see how I sleep tonight.

This morning, I got my son, who is a pre-pro ballet dancer, to teach me how to do push-ups using the floor or the stairs.   If my legs don’t work well, at least I will work my arms and my chest.

I am healing.   Last night, I took no sleep aids or nothing of any kind.  I woke up 1 time to pee and went back to bed and went back to sleep.  Then, I slept for about 6 hours and woke in the morning with the rest of the family.

Next step, without asking anyone for help, I carried my laundry basket from my room on the 2nd floor, down the steps, through the living room, through the kitchen to the laundry machine in the family  room.

Last Night 02/25

Last night, I slept for 6hrs straight without getting up to use the bathroom.  Is that my body healing?  (eating no sugar to let my body heal)

If I Quit the Meds; Fear I Might Heal?

Dr.  Swank has solved (with 36 years of research) this MS “riddle”.  Every exacerbation I have ever had I was not following his diet guidlines.  See Dr. Roy Laver Swank’s book, The Multiple Sclerorsis Diet Book.  A low fat diet for the treatment of MS.

But say for example, a person quits the meds and so he does not have the flu all the time.  And what if, because he does not have the flu, he feels well enough and is able to exercise and build stanima?  And what if, he was able to sleep without the night pain killer (the pain is flu and fever from the meds) that also helps him sleep?  (And as a side effect, the pain killer also prevents healing.)  And what if, he was a vegetarian and so consumed no sugar or carbs.  And what if, he loved drinking water and sometimes cheated on his diet and ate fish?

9 and 1/2 years a slave

I read a story tonight about runaway girls (as young as 11 or 12) who are befriended (by a guy who says he loves them) and then sold into prostitution (sex slavery).  Many remain “in captivity” for years, through threats of horriable things that could happen if they run away….

My “captivity” did not involve sex, but I remained on the meds for fear of what might happen if I stopped injecting. I had a bad case of the flu, fevers and wanted to kill myself for 9 and 1/2 years and the last thing anyone wanted to do was to “cure” me.   Now, 4 and 1/2 years after I quit the meds, I follow diet.

Curing MS Is Easy!

All I have to do is:

  1.  Drink about 85oz  of water each day.
  2. Only drink water  (you will never be thirsty if you drink 2-3 liters of water each day).
  3. Not eat white rice, white flour (bread, pasta, etc.) sugar, drink anything but water.
  4. Limit your saturated fat to 15g per day max.
  5. Exercise  Yoga, practice walking, putting on knee pads and crawling, stretching, water walking…
  6. Use the power of your subconscious mind.

Goal:  Recover and teach many people how to heal.

Healing Cancer through Diet

I spoke with a friend of mine today.  About 20 years ago she was diagnosed with Lymphoma.  She did not do any chemo.  What she did was to starve the cancer by quitting all sugar (white flour,bread, pasta, white rice, alcohol, anything to drink except water, etc.)  She is alive and well.  She read a book called Pure, White and Deadly, By Yudkin and Lustig, M.D.  about how sugar feeds cancer.

I hear that the Japanese are now curing cancer in 5 weeks with no chemo.  Just through diet.  (You get all your food through  an IV. You get skinny, but no chemo.)

P.S.  I lived in Japan for years, my wife is Japanese, and we speak Japanese at home as a family.

  1.  Woke, stretched and drank 1 liter of water.
  2. Ate breakfast, but I cheated.  I ate my veggies and brown rice, but where I cheated is that I ate a gluten free waffel.  No syrup, just plain, but even though it was gluten free, I worry that with the rice I ate too much carbohyadrate.  Well,  what I did well:
  3. a.  I made arrangements to begin “water walking” again.  Without the sugar and flour, my body can heal.  Now I must use my leg muscle.
  4. b.  I drank about 85oz of water by  about 3pm.  I will sleep well tonight.  That is one subtle sign of healing, even though I am drinking alot of water, as long as I do not drink water before bed, I might only get up to pee one time.  I used to wake up constantly.
  5. Oh yea.  I am not taking meds to help me sleep.

Today, 2/20/16

  1.  Woke and stretched and meditated commands   “heal…heal…”
  2. Drank 1 liter of water before food (about 34oz)
  3. Ate breakfast:  blueberries (for vit. B to help healing and to help with regularity), strawberries, an apple to help constipation, some nuts, some brown rice and scrambled egg, some cooked ground turkey.  I am always aware per Dr. Swank, to keep my daily intake of saturated fat to 15G per day max.  And per what Bob Cafaro did, to eliminate sugar and limit carbs.and to drink lots of water.
  4. The only thing I drink is water to help reduce sugar cravings.  Drinking alot of water also helps with energy.
