I Finished My Fast

I finished my first 36 hour fast.  The fast was easy.  2 nights and a day, I slept through 2/3 of it.

You know, I save money and enjoy the taste of food even more.

I Have Decided…

I have decided that each week, for the rest of my life, I will do a 36 – 40 hour fast.  I started my fast 24 hours ago and I will not eat until breakfast tomorrow (Sunday) morning.

I exercised, drank my water, and I am healing.

I Am Healing…

I am healing.  My legs are sore, but with nothing to eat but vegetables, fish and fruit, my body is healing.  I am healing.

I go to the gym tomorrow.  Water walk and water drink.

Water Drinking Schedule…

Even when I do not have a pool day at the gym, I still want to drink my water.  If I drink 6oz. per hour, I will achieve my 96oz. in 16 hours.  Let’s try.  I am already behind for today, but if I am behind then I can only improve.

On gym days, I will drink 96oz., on the three days per week that I am not at the gym in the pool, I will do the minimum, 64oz. of water to drink.

A Financial Achievement….My “Copout”.

Today, I made one or two financial moves, this is what I turn to when I do not have a gym day, do not have a “physical” achievement.

Tomorrow, I will put the financial aside and go to the gym at 9 a.m.  Tomorrow,  will go water walking.  Drink my water and have an excellent day.

The Power of I Am by Joel Osteen pg. 146

According to Joel Osteen, with not being able to walk, I am in the land of ‘Barely Enough” right now.  But I am improving every day.  And in a year or two, I will be walking.

I will be in the land of “More than Enough.”

The Power of I AM by Joel Osteen

I have read this before and I am reading it again.  This book is very motivational.  The book helps me with my own motivational thought  “every day achieve.”

Today, not only did I go to the gym, not only did I drink my water and deep breathe, not only did I come home and pay some bills, but I also found some money I had lost.

Two Complements…

I got two complements at the gym yesterday and look, I was so impressed I am talking about it again.  Little by little.  I want to walk my daughter down the isle on her wedding day AND I want to show everyone that many diseases can be “defeated” by not eating sugar or white flour.

I Went to Sleep Thinking I Was Healing, and Then…

Two people at the gym today told me that I either “looked” better or that I was “moving” better.

I think that one “key” is to have a positive attitude and to always tell myself that I am healing and as one man said “never, ever give up.”

Water Drinking Rhythm…

Well…I have found it hard to drink so much water each day, my goal is to drink 96oz. per day, so what I began doing today was to drink 8 oz. of water each hour that I am awake.  8oz. X 12 hrs. will get me to my goal.

It worked until I dropped my water bottle behind my desk at work.

Well, tomorrow the pool.  96oz. each day.
