More Progress

I am reading my own BLOG for inspiration.

Good, quick story.

I exercised in the pool and drank 64oz. of water yesterday.  Last evening, I was very tired, but I sat down stairs to be with the family.  Every 15min. or so I would go up the stairs to use the bathroom.  Because I was tired, I would drag my left foot as I went up the steps.

This morning, after a good night sleep, I simply climbed the steps lifting BOTH right and left legs.

Each Day, I am Making Progress…

Each day, I am making progress.  Each and every day, I am making progress.  Yesterday, during my pool time, I practiced lifting my left leg, my weak leg, up and down.

This morning, I meditated.  This afternoon, I spoke with a dietician about what to eat to  make my leg muscles stronger.

Every hour, I am making progress.  Each second.

I Have Hired a Dietician..

I have begun working with a dietician..more protein and whatever nutrients she recommends.

The meditation  and now the dietician are just more arrows in my quiver.

Excellent Day at the Gym…

Yesterday, I had an excellent day at the gym in the “healing pool.”  I drank 64 oz. of water and then exercised.  I balanced, took a class, practiced walking  and was complemented by two teachers on my progress.

Another Small, But Important, Step

I have been balancing, on one foot, in the pool.  I am able to balance, on one foot.

After I drink my 96 oz. of water, I try to balance on one foot in the water, to attempt to heal my nerves.  I am attempting to re-wire my nervous system.
