Good, quick story.
I exercised in the pool and drank 64oz. of water yesterday. Last evening, I was very tired, but I sat down stairs to be with the family. Every 15min. or so I would go up the stairs to use the bathroom. Because I was tired, I would drag my left foot as I went up the steps.
This morning, after a good night sleep, I simply climbed the steps lifting BOTH right and left legs.
I am healing.
